Annie Lennox’s Daughter Survives Kayaking Accident That May Have Claimed Boyfriend’s Life

The daughter of singer Annie Lennox was involved in a kayaking accident in New York Saturday that has left her boyfriend missing. 

Twenty-two-year-old Tali Lennox and her boyfriend, thirty-two-year-old Ian Jones, were kayaking on the Hudson River near Staatsburg when their tandem kayak capsized and they got separated. Tali was later pulled out of the water by a passing boat, but as of yesterday Ian was still missing.

Police in the area later said they believed alcohol may have played a role in the accident, and the river’s strong current was also a factor.
