Brian Chapman is a Michigan native who took his talents to Penn State for college. After graduation, his love of baseball took him to Florida to become the play-by-play voice of the 2008 Florida State League Champion Daytona Cubs. From 2010-2014, Brian hosted an afternoon sports talk show in Toledo before moving back home to join 97.1 The Ticket.
