BISSELL Pet Foundation Working to ‘Empty The Shelters’ Again October 22
The BISSELL Pet Foundation announced Thursday that it will pay all adoption fees on Saturday, October 22, at more than 50 animal shelters and other rescue organizations throughout Michigan.
Adopters will also be taking home an “AdoptBox” full of toys and treats, cleaning products, coupons, and a month of pet insurance.
They’re calling that Saturday “Empty the Shelters” day.
Adoption fees average $150 for dogs and $60 for cats, which BISSELL will pay. Adopters will only be responsible for dog licensing fees, which vary from $7 to $12.
