Watching the animal kingdom at work has never been so terrifying.

This video is pretty simple: a centipede eats a roach. But if you watch it, you will probably not sleep for a week. Or a month. Or ever again.

Maybe it's because you're witnessing a vicious murder. Or maybe it's because the horror movie music makes this even more frightening than it already is. Seriously, could the music set the tone any more than it does?

This video was uploaded on Halloween, which is all too appropriate because nothing you saw on October 31 was even remotely as scary as this.
