
Drinking Coffee Can Cure What’s Ailing You…
Personally I don't drink the stuff...it's too hot and not cold and greenish/yellow like Mountain Dew...;)
But according to this article on MLive.com,
"Drinking coffee can boost your workout, ease aches and pains"
The article quotes a list at "cookinglight.com" about the Top 10 things to eat and drink before working out...here's a little nugget that gives me hope since I don't like coffee...
"Ginger, eases post exercise muscle pain and has been shown to reduce joint stiffness and swelling, according to a 2010 Journal of Pain study. So forget the aspirin or Ibuprofen, and add ginger to your next smoothie."
Ginger Ale anyone? :)
