Paris Hilton Returns To Traverse City For Summer Fun

Celebrities seem to know what we do: Michigan summers are the best! Actors Erik Estrada and Dean Norris spent time in the Mitten State this summer—and just recently Paris Hilton was here too!

This is not the first time the Simple Life star has been spotted Up North. Back in 2020 she shared photos and video from Traverse City with her boyfriend at the time, Carter Reum. (Seems some of her Facebook posts from that time have been deleted or the settings changed, but you can check out a pic and a video of her water skiing in TC here.)

Carter (now her husband) has family in the area. The pair made a trip back in 2022 as well when a member of Carter's family got married and Paris DJ'd the wedding. It was filmed for her show Paris in Love.

Now some people say it seemed like Paris didn't have a good time/didn't care for Traverse City... I honestly think she was just stressed out! She was in the midst of planning her own wedding, her mom was hassling her about organizing her house, and who doesn't get a little maxed out when hanging with their (future) in-laws?

Obviously Paris doesn't find TC so bad, because she was back in town earlier this month. She shared pictures of the trip to Facebook with captions like "Lake Life" and "Summer State of Mind."

She was spotted out and about with her kiddos, hanging out on the water, driving around in a green Cadillac, eating at a seafood boil, and getting ice cream at Bardon's Wonder Freeze. She also did some shopping downtown, where she stopped at Nifty Things.

And it's not just during the summertime when you might spot the celeb in Michigan. She spent Christmas here back in 2023, where she donned matching pajamas with Carter's family:

I'm actually headed to Traverse City in few weeks. My husband and I got married there in 2017 and we like to head back to celebrate our anniversary. Might be too soon for a return trip for Paris, but I'll definitely keep my eye out!
