Construction Halted After Shocking Discovery Under Michigan Home
Construction workers that were digging a basement out for a new home building dug up something they were not expecting to find, old human remains.

On Tuesday an excavation crew was on South Star Lake Drive in Lake Township was lifting up a house so they could dig up the ground to put in a basement.
When they started the process they discovered old human remains and stopped their work and contacted law enforcement.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the scene just after 4pm along with the medical examiner’s office and an anthropologist.

What Human Remains Were Found?
I'm not sure if this is all the remains that were found, but some of the identified remains that were found included a human skull and a human femur.
After examining them, the Anthropoglots was able to determine that they were ancestral in nature, likely Native American.
Further tests and examinations will be done, and if it's determined that the remains belong to any local tribes they will be turned over to them.
