The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall on July 10 for Ozark Trail 64 oz. water bottles that have been sold nationwide (including Michigan locations) since 2017.
According to the CPSC, when it comes to these specific water bottles,

This is what that lid looks like:
Roughly 850,000 of these bottles have been sold nationwide.
Unfortunately, you may not know if you have one of the recalled bottles, as the model number does not appear anywhere on the bottle. However, the CPSC has described them, saying,
They measure 4.41 x 4.41 x 11.5 inches and there is an Ozark Trail logo embedded on the side of the bottle.
