Check out this video from the 1980's on "How to Flirt" - HAHA!  I wonder what this lady is doing now...  Check out that dudes scarf... He needs to do a lot more than just flirting. Seriously!

Do people still flirt like this? Or do you need to be taught how to flirt by this lady with helmet head?
