Gold Medal Olympic Decathlete Removes Daughter’s Tooth With a Javelin
Who knew a javelin could have other real-world uses?
Bryan Clay, an Olympic decathlete who won a gold medal in 2008 and a silver in 2004, used a javelin to pull out his daughter Ellie's loose tooth.
He posted the video on social media and watched it go viral.
The unorthodox method for removing the tooth was actually Ellie's idea and only came to pass after she convinced her dad to do it, like little girls are prone to do.
Ellie didn't feel a thing and she even got a visit from the Tooth Fairy, while her dad has been besieged by media requests for his stunt.
