Rick Springfield Wins Butt Injury Suit

Rick Springfield and his butt are off the hook.

The 1980s pop star was being sued by 45-year-old Vicki Calcagno who claimed she was injured at a Springfield concert in Syracuse, New York back 2004 when the singer’s booty allegedly hit her in the head.

On Friday, a jury took only an hour to come back with a verdict in Springfield’s favor.

Springfield actually took the stand in his own defense and insisted he didn’t fall on the victim, and there were no witnesses or video to back Calcagno’s claim. He says he's relieved by the verdict.
