‘The Mountain’ From ‘Game of Thrones’ Just Set a Keg-Throwing Record

Oh, yeah, he totally deserves a beer.

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, better known as "The Mountain from" Game of Thrones, tossed his way into the history books when he threw a 33-pound keg 24-and-a-half-feet.

The six-foot-nine, who-knows-how-many-hundreds-of-pounds Björnsson pulled off record-breaking accomplishment during the Swedish leg of the World's Strongest Man competition.

Björnsson shattered his own record, set in 2014 when he tossed a light-by-comparison 27-pound keg 26 feet.

So, he's strong, we get it. The keg-throwing reinforces it. But it also reinforces that he should have no problem getting a job at a liquor store or as a frat party entertainer if this acting thing ever dries up.
