Golden Retrievers are well known for being a pretty smart breed. And I'm not saying that this particular one is dumb (in fact, he may be a genius), but I don't think he understands the point of the agility course. 

If I were him, I would also be way more interesting in the toys and fun things on the course than just running through it. I mean, he's just stopping to smell the roses, and tennis balls, and to drink some water. I mean, they put the water their for a reason, right? In case the dog gets thirsty? That has to be why it's there.
