Gazelle Girl Raises $40,000 For Local Charities

98.7 WFGR and Townsquare Media Grand Rapids are proud to have partnered with the Gazelle Girl Half-Marathon in their inaugural year.

Earlier this year, approximately 2,700 women ran in the Gazelle Girl Half Marathon and 5K.  The event raised money to support FOUR local charities:

• Kent County Girls on the Run
• GROW (Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women)
• YWCA West Central Michigan
• D.A. Blodgett - St. John’s Sisters in Support Program

Each of these organizations received an equal share of $40,632.80!
